Compilation results in blank Log File

I have been working on a document for about a year now, and up until August have had no issues compiling and created PDF files.

Yesterday, I made some corrections and attempted to compile the document (using Quick Build) and noticed the PDF wasn't updating, and the Log File was completely blank. Nothing. Just this.
LOG FILE:
I attempted to uninstall/reinstall MiKTeX, TeXmaker, etc. and I have checked my configuration settings, which I attached.

Please help :(

It's very likely that these modifications cause the problem assumed that you didn't alter the settings in TeXmaker. Redo the mentioned modifications and try to recover the older version this way.
