Formatting for Algorithm

Hi,

I want to write code such that its output generate something like in the attachment.

Have a look at packages like algorithms or algorithm2e.

I don't know. Never had to typeset algorithms. What about reading the respective package manual and start your own approach? At the moment I don't have the time to read up on that matter.

Nevertheless, a minimal working example might help us to test a possible solution.
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.
