Mixing Packages for creating Graphics

Can graphic/graph/table packages with other non-graphic drawing packages be intermixed? Which ones are not compatible?

What do you expect now? That others dig through about 2000 packages and find that out for you? You will encounter possible incompatibilities on your own if you just combine packages. In such a case you can ask targeted questions.
