Edit -> Text Style -> Customized Problems

Post by hugo »

I'm making a translation between english to spanish, but I have a lot o names in several languages like german, french and latin that I want to leave names in their own languages; for that task I use EDIT -> TEXT STYLE -> CUSTOMIZED and the use the correct language's name. There is no problem with Lyx except when I want to export to PDF because I get a lot of error messages than dissapear when with french'names I use again EDIT -> TEXT STYLE -> CUSTOMIZED and use the defaul language's name. What is the problems; do I need french fonts?

The problem appears when I want to export to PDF FILES and I have the french word like Salpêtrière in this way:

Code: Select all

\selectlanguage{french}%
Salpêtrière\selectlanguage{spanish}%
