Page Layout ⇒ Removing Contents from header for abstract page

First of all, I am pretty new to LaTeX and I have been trying to remove the Contents from the header in my Abstract page. The headers are displayed perfectly on all my pages except that the "Contents" is shown in the header of my Abstract page where as it should be "Abstract"

None of them work
I use the fancyhdr package in my preamble

It would be really great if someone could help me

There could be many reasons for this behaviour and all we can do right now is guess. Please try to prepare a minimal working example, so the problem is demonstrated by some code. This gives us the ability to test possible solutions, too.
