Graphics, Figures & Tables ⇒ Circles around Numbers in Tables

Hi folks,

this is my first post, I hope you can help me out.

I'm writing my thesis and I have a lot of tables. The tables are full of combinations of numbers and I want to circle some areas to highlight things.

This is how it looks currently:

And what I want is to draw cirlces around some of these combinations, like this:

Do you know how I can draw such circles?

You could use TikZ for this. A similar example, which shows a way to do such things: Highlighting elements in matrices.
