I am not hazy about it at all. I am only trying to help you LaTeX is a complex typesetting program and many things are best learned by reading introductory texts. Reading them won't mean that you will know everything. More likely is that more questions will pop up! We're all experiencing this and have the need to ask questions from time to time.

I really do not want to discourage you from asking questions. Quite the contrary.
