No Bibliography anymore after Upgrade

Dear all,

I have recently updated my MacBook to the MacTeX 2013 distribution. I have tried to compile my thesis and BibTeX says that "there are no citation commands" in the .aux file! Funny thing, everything works smoothly on the MacTeX 2012 version I have installed on my desktop at work. Does anybody experienced the same problem?

I have the same issue. Using MacTex 2012 back is still working (hopefully). Any update about this problem ?
