Adding Spell Check for additional Languages

Post by AleCes »

Hy there,

I've added Dutch as an additional language in Ubuntu 10.10. I expected it to be supported by TexWorks just like it is indeed supported by Writer, Evolution and Firefox. Somehow, however, TexWorks doesn't see it.

When I looked up in "/usr/share/myspell/dicts" in order to paste there a Dutch dictionary, to my surprise, not only did I realized it was still there, but I also found dictionaries for languages I never installed (like Russian).
