Missing Files for Packages and Fonts
I'm using Windows XP, MiKTeX 2.9 and TeXnicCenter. I'm getting some errors.
From the package manager, I have tried to install but it is not available. Also ly1 is available but "psyr.tfm" is not within it.

Missing Files for Packages and Fonts
I'm not too familiar with MiKTeX. My guess is that you are using a wrong path or have a problem with your distribution. The packages chngcntr, tabu and cite come with MiKTeX (see packages list: http://miktex.org/pkg/az).
Did you experience this problem before, recently update to a newer MiKTeX version or change settings in TeXnicCenter?
