Error - DVI file not found

Post by Tomberry »

Hello everyone,

I'm using (or, at least, trying to use) LaTeX for windows. I downloaded and installed all the required files (GhostScript, GhostView, Miktek, and Led) but, when I'm going to the DVI viewer, it tells me that the file DVI doesn't exist. I'm attaching 3 photos, one of the program, one of the configuration and one of the result of the dvi viewer. I hope someone of you can explain me what's wrong :)

Hi,

have you compiled the document with the program latex to convert your example into a dvi-file?

And please upload pictures to the forum server.
