Conversion Tools ⇒ Get SVG from LaTeX Sources

Hi,

I'm a teacher and I'm trying to spread LaTeX, with a few colleagues, in early grades.

We built a mobile application which can grab RSS feed from various site.

Thing is, we need clean SVG file for math and physical chemistry. They're well displayed on iOS, Android, Qindows (and soon Tizen).

We thought that it would be the best option to have clean and beautiful text (correct us if we're wrong).

Thing is, besides pdf2svg, which is working well, we are not able to find tools that could export LaTeX to SVG directly. If someone could lead us to such a tool, perhaps dvisvgm?
