Creating a certain Table

I'm trying to create a table for my thesis. I'm quite noob in LaTeX so I will request some charity help :)

I already done the table in but in other format. See the attachment.

Perhaps you can show what you have tried so far with LaTeX in form of a self-contained and minimal example. The basic structure of this table relies on a regular {tabular} environment and is not that difficult. Some packages should help you on with this kind of table.
We can do the details after you presented your basic structure.
