Hi,
Can anyone tell me, are there any opportunities to compile latex work ?, may form a university or any instiute who outsource such jobs.
let me give a better idea, it can be scanned document written by some professor, who would out source the work to convert them into pdf files using latex and then we can mail them back the pdf files.
Forgive me, i know this is not the right place to ask such question, but believe me i dont have any idea as to where to get the info. from.
A link to relevant site would also be of great help.
I want to use my knowledge of latex, for mutual benefits.
Again sorry, for the question not related directly to latex, but please if any one of you can help me out on this, it would be really great.
Thanks for your patience for reading this question and helping out me on this,
metric.

Re: latex work
AFAIK, this kind of jobs are mostly outsourced to India in order to lower the costs. At least that's what I've heard. You may try some publishing houses in your neighbourhood, maybe you will get lucky.

The best I can think of is to search for publishers/typesetting companies that are based in India and to send your CV with an open cover letter to them. One such company that I know of is River Valley Technologies. They have TeX at the core of their business and some big names as their clients (Nature, Elsevier, IOP).
Good luck,
