WinEdt ⇒ Margines of PDF

Hello

I'm using WinEdt (5.6) for writing my thesis. The problem is when texify the thesis and convert it to PS or PDF, the margins of the some pages in the thesis changes. If you have a tip for how this can be solved, please let me know.
