LyX ⇒ Metric Files for Times New Roman missing

Hmm... when I go to "Document Settings Fonts" and change Roman from "Default" to "Times Roman" and try to preview (or PDF my file) I get some error like this.

! Font \csname\endcsname=psyr at 10.0pt not loadable: Metric (TFM) file not found.

This only happens if I have some symbols like "AMS arrows" etc. in the text. Is there a simple fix to this.

Running LyX 2.0.5 on Windows Vista (32bit).
