Biber support in Lyx?

Post by funkybeer »

Hi all,

I have struggled (and finally managed) to get biber/biblatex work with Lyx but found it quite complicated and I am not very happy now with this evil-red-text solution.

Will biber be natively support in some upcoming version of Lyx?

Best regards,
Alex

Biber support in Lyx?

Hi and welcome to the LaTeX community!

As I am not really a LyX user you I'm not overly familiar with it. I hadn't any troubles using biber and biblatex with it, see this thread for reference.

Hopefully someone with more insight can tell you if native support is planned.

Thanks for your warm welcome! Maybe I have to adress that question to some developer forum.

PS: Maybe you can help me with another question in this thread: http://latex-community.org/forum/viewto ... 19&t=22338
