Hi,

I have been trying to add footer in the attached text but not getting it. Could you please let me whether this is because of the book format and if yes please provide solution for that.

Please get used to reducing a problem to a proper minimal example to give an adequate problem description. This is your homework and not the job of others. Do not just post an entire document. Please keep that in mind for future questions.

You need to declare and invoke the specified headers and footers by fancyhdr properly. At the moment you only have the default page style headings which is set automatically by the book class. For details please refer to the package manual.

By the way, it would be very kind if you give some feedback on proposals to your questions and accept answers that led you to solutions in other threads you have opened.
