there is a topic like that in the forum, but with no solution.
My Problem:
I am using TeXmaker and MiKTeX. (Both Portable) I installed the fancyhdr package and updated the formats in the MiKTeX Options. But TeXmaker can not find the package. A friend of mine uses the same system and I checked the path. It's all the same...

problem solved.
i copied the hole stuff onto my pc and installed the packages again. Then copyied the stuff back onto the usb-stick.
now everythings works perfect. i think the usb-stick was the problem.
