LyX ⇒ online version of lyx and another question

Hello,

I use lyx to type my college Homework on my computer since it's easy to learn and have great hebrew support (I write the text in hebrew and having math as well).

I thought that it could be great if there would be a website like "googleDocs" where you could write a file with lyx (with some less functionality available of course) online and share it with your friends (and maybe even letting few people edit some work while letting others to see it).
I saw that there is a site called sharelatex.com which is great and you can even make documents in hebrew after playing a bit with LaTeX babel package and reading some manuals online. the problem with this site that it uses LaTeX at it's raw form and it's extremely slow to compile. The first problem is the most important since I prefer to waste less time on writing the proper LaTeX function but rather on my work and ideas. and even more important, many of my fellow students won't start learning LaTex because it intimidates new comers and they probably won't prefer to spend time learning LaTeX as it isn't mandatory to use yet (I'm studying at undergradute stud for AeroSpace eng at Technion Israel) however, Lyx is easy to learn in around 5 m' and have a lot of power handling math.

so, is there a site with lyx online for share (like google docs)?

the second question is about adding matlab graphs to lyx
after getting a graph from matlab I use the Edit->Copy Figure and then paste it in lyx floating figure window. the problem is that the graph is always very huge in preview (unless I play around with scaling which feels wrong) and it is not centered. problem which MSword does not have (you just paste a picture and it centered right away and where you want it). another sub problem is that the figure usually isn't on the same page as the text or in the page after which makes hard time on reading it.
