Graphics, Figures & Tables ⇒ longtable | Too long Legends

Dear forum members,

As I wrote a couple of days ago, I am struggling with my long tables. I cannot understand why the table exceeds its determined lenght when writing a long legend. Unfortunately I do not have the time to do my own research on this question since I am working under pressure
