General ⇒ Automatic Update of PDF with every new Compilation

Hello everyone,

I'm kind of trying to learn LaTeX nowadays and I would like to ask a question:

Firstly, I prepare my LaTeX document at Linux by using Geany text editor. After I compile the document, a PDF document shows around. So far everything is perfect.But while PDF file is open, I add another information to my source file. But when I compile it,the new information is not coming to my PDF file at the same time. I had to reload to PDF file all the time.

Can you guys help me about this subject?

This is not really a LaTeX problem but more a problem of the viewer. With Okular on Linux I have no problem in this regard.

Perhaps you should try an editor with integrated PDF viewer like TeXmaker or TeXworks.
