Packages for clear Math Typesetting

Post by ghostanime2001 »

Are there any packages that make math typsetting more readable ? For example packages that might exist out there that make the math display fraction cleaner or that make the quadratic formula more clearer than standard LaTeX math typesetting ?

mathtools is such a package, for example it provides better adjusting of limits of operators, smart referencing, additional math blocks, intertext with less spacing, cramped styles, and some useful symbols.

It is not very clear to me what you mean by “cleaner” and “more clearer”... Anyway, the typeset result more than anything else depends on the chosen math font, so every package that provides one (e.g. newtx) at least changes the appearance. If they make it cleaner or clearer I cannot say.
