Official LaTeX Qualification or Certification

I wonder if there is a LaTeX qualification or certificate out there?
MiKTex 2.9, Texmaker 3.5 on Windows 7
Learning LaTeX for Finance and Actuarial Studies.

What would constitute 'official' here? There is certainly no LaTeX Project backing for any course (unlike say Microsoft exams).

If there were, I am sure Joseph would get a score of $\SI{100}{\percent} - \varepsilon$! :D (A package like siunitx should definitely give an automatic score of 99 % in such an exam.)
