biblatex-apa | Wrong Journal Entry

Post by tobisax »

Hey guys,

it seems like I have a problem with the output of my reference-list. I am using the biblatex-apa style and it usually works all right.

Unfortunately the output of journals in the reference-list is wrong:
Ruckerl, Regina, Alexandra Schneider, Susanne Breitner, Josef Cyrys, and Annette Peters (2011). Health effects of particulate air pollution: A review of epidemiological evidence".
In: Inhalation Toxicology 23(10), pp. 555-592.
The problem here is the
In:
in front of the name of the journal. In APA style this does not exist.

This is my code:

Code: Select all

\usepackage[style=apa]{biblatex}   % APA Style
\usepackage[american]{babel}
\usepackage{csquotes}
Can anyone help me with this issue?

Best and thank you guys a lot!
Tobias

You probably should contact the author of biblatex-apa, Philip Kime. His email is given in the manual.

In case he answers with section 3.3 of the manual
the majority of the APA citation and references style is implemented, there are just a few exceptions which are hardly worth the coding pain since they ambiguous and easily worked around.
you can still ask here again, then with a real Infominimal working example.
