What are these error messages mean? How can I fix them? I tried to undo all of my changes but it didn't work.

Please don't append new problems to topics about different issues (Elsevier Table Format) which are already solved. I splitted the topic.

Regarding your question: please post the code which produces the errors. The best would be posting a minimal working example. So we could test and fix it. Otherwise it's quite theoretical, and you probably may get general explanation what an error message may mean but not how you can fix it in your code.

Sure. Please read the link what a minimal working example is, that's helpful information.

You could post your (reduced) TeX code, which produces the error when trying to compile. Larger .tex files can be posted as attachments. But try to reduce it and to post it just as a readable code block.
