Parabola with unknown Constants

Post by sachinrajsharma »

Hi,

I am trying to make a parabola with the equation like $ax^2+bx+c=0$ where a,b,c are constants.

I am able to insert parabola picture using floats but not satisfied with that as it requires the values of a, b, c. Is there any way out to draw parabolas of such equations?

Parabola with unknown Constants

What exactly do you mean? It is in the nature of things that a parabola is mathematically characterized by the constants. Do you want to create a flock of parabolas?

Furthermore you should shows us exactly what you are doing to avoid guesswork and random shots. This could help to workout a solution.

As an act of politeness it is appreciated that you give some feedback on provided solutions. All proposals to your questions have been without any reaction from your side. This could be helpful for you if you expect answers for future questions.
