I am writting my thesis book in Latex formal and i have a problem with the page size.

The page borders space is too large when I print my document.
Are the A5 paper sizes optimal for Thesis? Is A4 paper better?

Somebody could help me?

What do you exactly mean? Don't you like the margin sizes or are there difficulties with the setup? Check the document properties regarding page size with your PDF viewer.

For a bachelor or master thesis A4 is a common paper format. PhD theses are often published and therefore written in A5 format.

The margin size in right size is so large and i don´t like this. A partner recommende me formar B5 (JIS) (7.17 x 10.12 Inch 18.2 x 25.7 cm) I have used classicthesis class and i don't know how can change this.

Since you're using a KOMA class you should have a look in the scrguien, especially the section about “Construction of the page layout with typearea”.
