I have a document with several branches.
When I tried to export my document to a LyX archive (File/Export/Lyx Archive), an error occured. I then deactivated all the branches and it worked fine.
Is it normal or is it a bug?

lyxpak is a new feature and still has a good amount of bugs. I have not seen this specific bug reported. You could report it (with more information please -- the error, your LyX version, your OS, etc.) here: http://www.lyx.org/trac
