ok sorry for this stupid question.
Is it possible that Lyx 1.6 do not generated the log file automatically?
or is it possible that the logfile will be generated only with the option pdflatex and not with ps2pdf?
I only found a logfile with pdflatex.

I don't know when LyX produces a .log file and when it doesn't. It would just help to analyze the difference seeing this. Regarding images, it's a big difference if you use pdfLaTeX or ps2pdf. I expected this to be the reason. Perhaps compare both ways with both LyX versions. Or post the pdfLaTeX or LaTeX export of both version, to see a difference, but a .log would be more important, so one would be able to see the underlying engine as well.

To create a pdf is only possible with ps2pdf besauce the other one does not work :(

I have no logfiles from the ps2pdf. I would like to attach some but I don't have it. I think you are right it something with the reandering of the images.
Actually I convert the emf-files with the metafiles to eps converter from Lyx and it works fine.
