Graphics, Figures & Tables ⇒ Table not placed in proper page and blank page added

Hello,

I am having a strange problem, strange because after I completed my document it started misbehaving, while I was writing it everything went without any problems.

The problem is that LaTex adds a blank page before the appendix and mishandles the table in the appendix of the sample document I have included. You will notice that I am including the "methods" file as the appendix, if I replace methods and instead include "file1" as the appendix the blank page before the appendix is not inserted by LaTex.

In the included document "Problem" is the main file.

Can someone help me with this problem?

Solved the problem with a couple of newpages here and there.

I still don't understand why the document came out OK and then all of a suden it started having problems.
