Thank you thank you so much. I didnt know use \cite before. and for 'bibitem' you dont need \cite. That's why I got a blank screen before. Now it works. I can see the reference now.
But why the bibtex is not stable? sometimes I can get it, sometimes it showed error as follows
"Undefined control sequence \bbfi
1.1040 \newblock "
or !Tex capacity exceeded, [save size=5000]. \xcolor@...>\XC@sdef \@@mod {#3} \edef \@@clr{#4} \ifx \\@@mix \@empty \else....
