Page Layout ⇒ Page Numbering Problem in Thesis Abstract

Hi,

I have such a annoying problem with my "thesis.tex" folder. One of my appendix folders lead to a problem of page numbering in the abstract part of the thesis. In our template, LaTeX automatically give us total page of numbers of thesis in the abstract part but adding the last "appendix.tex" folder resulted in "?? pages" in the abstract. What can be the reason for this problem and how can I solve this?

Without seeing what you included and/or what was there before you included it, it's tough to say for certain. (minimal working example?)

You might simply need to run LaTeX one more time---it will update all the cross-references that way.
