Scan Folder and automatically insert Figures

Post by elfo2285 »

Hi Everyone,

I hope you be able to help me. I would like to do a presentation with Latex Beamer (but the problem should be the same with any other class I suppose).

I have a folder with 200 figures, let's say. For each of this figure, I would like to create a new slide, insert a figure, put the name of the file that I am inserting as slide's title and create another slide with the figure #2, etc.

I think I can easily find the info where to create the loop.

But the problem is that the figures have 200 different names. Is there any function that scan the folder and give to me the name of the figures one by one? like "dir" or something like that?

Thanks in advance for your answer.

Cheers,
