LyX ⇒ Add custom Document Class

Hello everybody,

I am using LyX 2 with MiKTeX 2.9 on Windows 7. I want to compose an article for Int. Journal of Semantic Computing using LyX.

Therefore, I am trying to add IJSC class files to LyX following the instructions given in different blogs. My texhash command does not work, it does not create ls-R.

can anybody help?
