Font pplrij8r at 657 not found

Hi :)


I'm writing my thesis, and imported a new template in order to have the right layout. There is though no joy; I keep getting this message "Font pplrij8r at 657 not found." (using TexMaker, windows7)

I have searched for solutions, and found some, but they are way to advanced for me to conduct, so; can anyone help me through the steps for fixing this

(already did install/uninstall/update .. )

That font belongs to Palatino. Install the psnfss package and mathpazo, respectively.
