Hi Kotoschow,
it depends on the font which you would like to use. Perhaps tell us the desired font, sometimes it can be done by simply loading a package, such as
mathdesign.

I am looking for the same than Kotoschow...
Do you have any idea of a LyX preamable that could make in the pdf version of the document e.g. the text in Times new roman and the math equations in Computer modern roman ??
