LyX ⇒ Changing the font size of various headers

Hi,

I'm quite new when it comes to Lyx and I'm having trouble changing font sizes.

Basically I need:
-Title of paper to be 14pt
-Author section to be 12pt
-Section headings 12pt

How would I go about doing this?

Please post an example .lyx file (place it into a ZIP archive before uploading) for us to see what you've done so far and to have something to start with. Do you mean "headers" like in "header" and "footer", or "headings" like in "chapter", "section", "subsection" etc.?
