LyX ⇒ nomencl | Create Nomenclature

Dear all,

I'm a fairly new LyX user and would like to adapt the nomenclature according to this example:

Unfortunately I'm not able to find the right commands to come to the same result without errors.

Does anyone know how I can implement LaTeX code into my LyX document to get a nomenclature as shown on the referenced web-page?
