Could any one tell me how use Calibri font type in a LaTeX document containing PDF and EPS format figures. I use PDFLaTeX to compile.

For example, the title is Calibri font, while the body is Times New Roman font.

Use XeLaTeX instead.

I also did use xelatex.
but what is the command line setting calibri font for a sentence.

Read the fontspec manual. And perhaps that of polyglossia for documents in other languages than English.
