Hello.
This is my first post here. I just wanted to ask, is there any convenient way in LaTeX to write tensors in diagrammatic notation of Penrose?
Usually I draw the diagrams in Corel and import them into LaTeX as EPS, but sometimes there is the need to include diagrams in mathematical expressions (such as: putting them inside fractions, taking square root of diagrams, etc.), and this is usually very time consuming, because I have to create EPS from LaTeX (with blank formulae) then I have to open it in Corel and draw the diagrams, export to EPS and include in LaTeX. And this seems like a useless work if there is a package for this...
To give you a better idea what I'm looking for, this book was typeset in LaTeX, and it contains a lot of birdtrack diagrams (and some Penrose-style as well). Does anyone know how this was done?
Thank you for any help.
Kreso
I have posted this same question here.

Penrose diagrammatic notation
Hi Kreso,
welcome to the LaTeX Community Forum!
Very good that you informed about the posting in the other forum. To add an information regarding pgf/TikZ mentioned on CQF.info: there's a very recommendable pgf/TikZ example gallery by Kjell Magne Fauske.
