I have places two figures side by side and I want to insert a separate caption for both the figures. Please help me with this. This is the code so far done

I suggest to do a thorough Forum Search. It's not the first time that this issue arises. Hence there are solutions available in the forum archives. See also similar topics at the bottom of the page (only when logged in).

A simple approach would be to use two minipage environments to separate the figures.
