BibTeX, biblatex and biber ⇒ New BibTeX Entry type for Newspaper Article

Hi, I've got a new .bst file that I created, and I need to know how to define a new newspaper article reference type, that is distinct from the journal article reference type. This exists in the apacite package, but the apacite format is all wrong for me. Any suggestions?
