Rendering BBcode Latex

Post by JmsNxn »

Hi, I'm new to latex and have a few questions I hope somebody here can answer.

I am familiar with the syntax of creating mathematical expressions; as I've been using latex for a while on the internet. However, I am completely lost when it comes to creating the latex code outside of bbcode. I was wondering if anybody knows anyway with which I can write something in bbcode and have it render it the way it usually renders it on the internet. I'm a little confused about how to do this; I know it has something to do with MikTex but I don't know how. The reason I want to do it this way is because I am familiar with bbcode but not with the Latex html-like code. I am also pressed for time and do not wish to rewrite what I already have in proper Latex code. Does anybody know a way to do this? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Rendering BBcode Latex

Hi!

Perhaps get a book which helps creating the first simple documents, you can reuse your LaTeX code in such documents. A book allows quick lerning. There are tutorials online, I would just prefer a good book if there is time pressure. For example, the "Featured book" on the right is a fast-paced introduction with many complete examples. I wrote it for the purpose of quickly learning LaTeX.

In case of questions or problems you could ask here in the forum.
