LyX ⇒ Exporting E-book formats

I'm new to Lyx, and have been trying various editors for authoring e-books and generating MOBI/PRC or EPUB output (depending upon the publisher requirements). Lyx sounds interesting and looks like it might solve the problem I've run into with large document files causing slowness, hangs and crashing. I've tried MS Word, Adobe products, even Google Docs, but they introduce their own quirks when publishing to MOBI or EPUB. Does Lyx support generating MOBI or EPUB output?
