BibTeX, biblatex and biber ⇒ Issues with Bibliography in "apsrev4-1" Style

Hi all,
I'm a fairly new latex user so excuse my ignorance in advance. I'm using for my thesis manuscript the \bibliographystyle{apsrev4-1} (and the \usepackage[numbers,sort&compress]{natbib}), which prints out the titles of the journal articles. I have Miktex 2.8 and use TeXnicCenter 1.0 both in my desktop computer and laptop. Everything is running OK in my desktop PC (Windows XP) but, strangely, the titles of the articles do not show when I use my laptop instead (Windows 7); everything else but the title of the articles (i.e. year, title of journal etc) is still working fine in the laptop. I cannot see what the problem is (the Windows change?) or how to solve it.
