Dear All,

first of all I would like to thank all the people of the LaTeX Community who helped me on this forum and who contributed in some way to one or more of the packages I used to write my Thesis.

I made it I got my Doctor degree last week! So thank you all. Therefore I post my whole thesis including all the chapters on this forum. I hope that there are people out there that I can help in this way.
