Page Layout ⇒ how to use \runtitle or \runauthor command

In some journal, there are runing title or authors, I tried \runtitle and \runauthor in my latex. It gave errors. Are these two command included in latex or do I need to setup some packages? how to do that?

For an adequate problem description you should give a visual example. You can do this by linking to an according document or by uploading an excerpt of a document to the forum server.
