Hi guys,
I'm a new LyX user and was wondering if is possible to separate paragraphs with both Indentation and Vertical Spacing? In Document Settings -> Text Layout I can only select one and then the other is greyed out. I could do "\setlength{\parindent}{1.2cm}" for each new paragraph but that could get tedious.
Anyone know a better way?
Many thanks,
Mark

Re: Separate Paragraphs with both Indentation and vertical S
This is typographical nonsense. And LyX knows about that. May I ask you why you want to do that? Is it just a personal preference?

Re: Separate Paragraphs with both Indentation and vertical S
Thanks for the reply. Yeah it's just personal preference. I like having an indent but don't like the paragraphs being on top of each other. Actually putting in just one line of "\setlength{\parindent}{1.2cm}" at the start seems to have done it for me so I don't need to put it at the start of every paragraph like I thought! Sorry, I'm only using Lyx a few days!
