BibTeX, biblatex and biber ⇒ IEEE Bibliography Issue

I have added the line \bibliographystyle{IEEEtran} after \documentclass and \bibliography{Msc} at the end of the document in the IEEE conference template. "Msc" is a normal BibTeX file downloaded from my universities online library of papers. I have added "IEEEtran.bst" to my project but when I compile it says

where conference is the file name of the main.tex file.

Please help I need to submit this paper in a couple of days.
